BlackNimbus Software is operated by BlackNimbus Software LLC. References to “BlackNimbus,” “we,” or “us” on this page refer to BlackNimbus Software LLC unless the context requires otherwise.
Information you choose to submit
When you send a project inquiry or another supported request, the website processes the information you provide. Depending on the request, that can include your name, work email address, organization or community, project or request type, project description, approximate project range, and consent to use the information to respond.
Technical and security information
The website also processes limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service. The contact endpoint evaluates request-origin information, form timing, security-verification results, and network information used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Network addresses used by the application rate limiter are transformed into keyed hashes rather than being used as public identifiers.
How BlackNimbus uses information
BlackNimbus uses information from the website to operate and secure the service, understand and respond to inquiries, determine an appropriate next step, maintain business correspondence, diagnose delivery or application failures, and maintain legitimate business and security records. Information submitted through the inquiry flow is not used to place you into an automated marketing sequence.
Service providers
The current website relies on service providers that process limited information as part of operating the application. Vercel provides hosting, application infrastructure, and site analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile provides abuse and automated-traffic verification for the contact flow. Resend provides transactional email delivery for completed inquiries. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices as applicable to the services BlackNimbus uses.
Application and diagnostic logs
The contact application records operational events such as request identifiers, validation outcomes, delivery status, security-verification failures, and provider error diagnostics needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. The application is designed not to write the full inquiry message or submitted contact fields into those operational event logs.
Sharing and sale
BlackNimbus does not sell information submitted through the project-inquiry form. Information may be disclosed to service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to a request, or when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or security, or part of a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable obligations.
Retention
BlackNimbus retains inquiry correspondence and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Operational and provider logs may have different retention periods based on the service involved and the purpose of the record.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Legal and operational requirements may affect what can be changed or deleted. Use the supported privacy-request path so the request can be identified and handled separately from an ordinary project inquiry.

BlackNimbus uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, abuse, and accidental disclosure. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security, and security controls are reviewed as the application changes.
